Mr. Rosendahl founded Rosendahl & Associates, Inc. in June of 1976, in Sheridan, Wyoming, where the firm was involved in offering Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services. In 1989 Rosendahl & Associates, Inc. moved operations to Mesa, Arizona and began offering the same services as those offered in Wyoming and have grown to a 20 plus person organization under the direction and supervision of Mr. Rosendahl. He has over the years accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise as a Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor, having accomplished many studies, reports, designs, construction plan documents, right-of-way and land documentation and project evaluations as a licensed engineer and surveyor, using state of the art equipment and computer programming. A love for the profession and enjoyment of working with others to get things accomplished has kept him intensely interested and motivated to continue to strive for excellence as a professional.

SYNOPSIS OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Lester Rosendahl, brother to Wayne, has been surveying since 1987 starting out in Winnemucca, Nevada. In 1989, Lester joined his brother Wayne in the move to Mesa, Arizona, and has been working together with his brother since then. He has been working as Survey Party Chief on multiple highway and urban improvement projects throughout Arizona. He is proficient with all survey equipment, including GPS technology. He is well experienced in reading plans and laying out all aspects of construction staking. Lester now provides leadership at Rosendahl & Associates by sharing his vast knowledge and expertise with the other survey crews at the company.

SYNOPSIS OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
As an engineering designer Mr. Duvé provides design assistance for engineering projects and preparation of construction documents. He has extensive experience in surveying, drafting and managing projects for telecommunication site surveys including writing and reviewing legal descriptions and easements, reviewing title reports, producing construction and zoning drawings and reviewing the quality of drawings leaving the office. He also has experience in designing site plans for feasibility reports up through construction documents for commercial developers. His ability in managing drafting staff, meeting and coordinating with clients and sub-consultants help ensure deadlines are met. He is also responsible for providing efficient and accurate computer modeling of the roadway and highway projects Rosendahl & Associates, Inc. provides construction staking for by utilizing CAD and COGO software. Mr. Duvé is fluent in many programming languages and operating systems and helps in maintaining the computer network and software in the office.

SYNOPSIS OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Long time friend and professional colleague of Wayne Rosendahl, Mr. Kuball provides a wealth of experience in civil engineering design and construction administration. He has been responsible for the design of 60 blocks of city streets in Sheridan, Wyoming as well as 16 miles of county roads for Sheridan County, Wyoming. He has also worked as a structural engineer for a pre-stressed concrete hotel project in London, England. Mr. Kuball has overseen the construction of a wide range of projects including a 2.3 million dollar roadway improvement in Phoenix, Arizona; a $3 million diversion dam for a copper mine in Hurley, New Mexico; several earth and rock fill dams with outlet structures for reservoirs in Wyoming; to a 150 million dollar research laboratory for the US Navy in California. He has also designed and served as construction manager for projects including a 59 million dollar countywide water distribution system in Sheridan, Wyoming. Mr. Kuball also worked as the City Engineer for the City of Sheridan, Wyoming as well as the City of Hardin, Montana.
