Our Company

Rosendahl & Associates, Inc. offers professional civil engineering and land surveying services throughout Arizona. Since 1976 we have provided a wide variety of services to the private and public sectors and have quickly gained a reputation for providing cost effective and timely engineering. Over the last few years we have expanded our services to include site development projects in California and Mexico.

Our office is located just east of downtown Mesa,  a few miles south of Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) and 2 miles north of US 60 (Superstition Freeway). This ideal location provides us quick and convenient access to our clients and their project sites as well as the offices of city, county, state and federal agencies.

Our professional services include a full range of private and commercial site development, municipal and private infrastructure design and expansion, municipal and private improvement projects, road and highway improvement design, construction administration, boundary and land surveying, construction staking and a variety of private and public improvements.

Rosendahl & Associates has both qualified professionals and cutting edge equipment to guarantee our position in the forefront of civil engineering and surveying methods.  We utilize state of the art GPS surveying equipment and software, total station and data collectors in the field.  Our office software includes AutoCAD 2000 and Eagle Point 2001, used not only to create all necessary engineering and surveying documents, but to also efficiently transfer data to and from our survey crews in the field.  

Providing in house engineering and surveying allows us to accommodate the needs and schedules of our clients. We are able to maintain control and complete projects as promised. Presently, our firm consists of 20 specialized professionals who work together as a team and take pride in the quality of services we provide our clients.
